This dream Home is a brand new construction.4 bedroom 4.5 bath home which is the envy of the neighborhood! Location is next to El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of Palm Springs and only ten minutes away from the Tennis Tournament in Indian Wells and 15 mts to the famous Coachella music festivals. This House has a resort style backyard. 43 feet pool long with a custom made quartz bar which has 4 sitting stools. Enjoy your favorite drinks or food while in the pool. Gorgeous 20 feet waterfall, and a very large tanning area to lie down and enjoy the sun inside the pool. For families with kids tanning area serves as their children’s pool. Spa has a waterfall that overflows into the pool, and fits ten people very comfortable. Adjacent to the pool a sunken fireplace area. It has a BBQ, fridge to keep your drinks cold, sitting for ten, and a gorgeous fireplace. Sunk in area is at pool level so you can keep the fun with your friends and family at the pool. There is also a plasma in the patio so you can watch your favorite sports or movies while enjoying the pool. Total 7 plasmas with all the channels including HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax and more. Grass areas, and wonderful palm trees everywhere.

Patio is connected to the living room with a massive pocket door which completely folds inside the wall and makes the living room feel that is connected with the pool and outside areas. Feels great to open the pocket door and hear the sound of the waterfalls. Pocket door is twenty feet long. Inside the house owner didn’t care for cost, and everything has been custom made. The kitchen contains all German appliances, a commercial fridge, and the entire kitchen is made of Quartz, including the dining table that serves eight people. Living area has a wonderful fireplace, a gorgeous bar with a fridge, also made of Quartz, and a 75 inch Sony 4k Plasma.

All of the five bedrooms in the house have their own bathrooms, a large closet and a 55 inch plasma. The master has two very large closets and a dream bathroom with a custom made quartz jet bathtub that comes with great mountain views. Master has a 70 inch Sony 4k plasma.

House has also everything to entertain your friends and family. Pool table, and a ping pong table is included to accent even more the fun. Three car garage, laundry room. Directv is provided in all rooms, living room and patio, wifi as well.

Bars, restaurants and shopping are just 19 seconds driving to El Paseo, walking is around ten minutes in a beautiful path, and by bicycle is around two minutes. House is close to great hikes as well and everywhere you need to have a perfect vacation.

This Luxury Estate offers 4 Cal King Bedrooms with private baths in each room. *After a few years we now have opened our casita providing another extra two bedrooms making it a total of 6 bedrooms if need it, find information at the end of description*

The master suite will welcome you with a fireplace, wine fridge, large jetted tub for two and slate shower. With nearly 6000 square feet of room to entertain your guests or family will enjoy your vacation. The exterior of the home is professionally landscaped with a beach entrance pool/spa. The pool is 60 X 30 with a dramatic waterfall. There are two BBQ areas, one with a Palapa Bar. Volleyball Court. Do not worry about neighbors, you can have music outside, and your kids can enjoy the pool as late as they want! Noise worry free!!

The home is a custom-built nearly 3 acres. This beautiful home just minutes from Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage with FWY access very close. High-end kitchen appliances include a 6 Burner Wolf Cook Top, Subzero refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, Washer and Dryer, Granite Counters, large circular bar with ice maker for the perfect gathering space in the home. Each bedroom is self-contained with private bathrooms, king-size beds, linens, dressers, and end tables, professionally decorated, flat-screen wall-mounted HDTVs in each bedroom, Direct TV, Internet access and living room with a comfortable couch and lazy boy chair and an additional HDTV. The Master Suite has a large bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in closet, slate shower with multiple shower heads and a double occupancy jetted bathtub. Very large beach style lagoon pool and spa with large rock waterfall, gas fire pit, large gas island BBQ with Palapa and outdoor seating.

The homeowners are world travelers who lovingly restored this 1945 hacienda-style home to reflect the rich Palm Springs lifestyle that first captured the attention of Hollywood’s elite. THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES

The design of this private enclave rests on its rambling floor plan, large gathering spaces, high ceilings, exquisite architectural elements and carefully curated art and furnishings. Once through the massive hand-carved double door entry – you’ll be in the grand foyer – created for warm hellos and long good-byes as guests come and go.

The main parlor is ideal for gathering with your group. The combination of saltillo tile, rich textiles, arched doorways, high ceilings and exposed wood beams set the sophisticated yet relaxed tone of the house. An eclectic mix of carefully chosen sofas and occasional chairs surround the open hearth fireplace. Tickle the ivories on the upright piano or spend time binge watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen Smart Television that has been secreted away in an antique cabinet. Through the formal dining room you’ll find a modern take on the familiar farm house kitchen. Bead board cabinetry, fabulous accent tile, gleaming quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a deluxe gas range with a double oven and grill top. The enclosed all-season portico has been outfitted with a desk – creating a quiet work space away from the main living areas. There is also a den with a convertible sofa and adjacent bath – perfect for the occasional overflow guests.

THE SLEEPING QUARTERS

Like an upscale boutique hotel, the sleeping quarters at Casa de Lana offer an understated yet luxurious vibe. Both bedrooms have hospitality-quality mattresses, ample storage and Smart Televisions. One bedroom has a King-bed and ensuite bath while the other has a Queen bed and easy access to the adjoining hall bath. The the den converts to a third bedroom with its own ensuite bath, closet and Queen-sized sofa sleeper.

THE LOCATION

Casa de Lana is just a one mile stroll to the world famous Palm Canyon Drive where it intersects the newly revitalized South Palm Springs (SOPS) entertainment district. Night clubs, cabarets, fine dining and casual eateries dot the area. The best bar in Palm Springs, Seymours is just at the end of the road. You’ll also be very close to grocery stores, coffee houses and other conveniences. Driving is optional. This part of town is serviced by a responsive Uber network and is in walking distance to a few stops for The Buzz – the city’s free trolley service.
