Every year, my wife and I travel with couples to locations of the world. We thought this time we will give a try to Palm Springs. we’d give it a go and so glad we did! Upon arriving we’d thought we’ve seen beautiful pools, marble and stainless steel appliances but this home was gorgeous! We thought the house was beautifully decorated and perfect for a family or couples vacation. The home had high-end applications, luxurious finishes and when you’re used to traveling around the world like this group often does, it was greatly appreciated that a lot of thought went into the home. The Kitchen and pool areas were my favorite but the Master bedroom and the proximity to that cute little downtown area, was a close second. We will definitely be back! BEST HOME we have ever been at. We rented this home to celebrate my 40th birthday. The photos do not do this place justice. Everything in this property is done to the highest standard. We initially wanted to stay at the Parker. This property is setup perfectly for a Palm Springs getaway. The living area combines indoor and outdoor wonderfully in a clean modern design just as the pictures show. Everything is setup first class and every need has been thought of. My family got up early to hang out by the pool and never wanted to leave. We walked out for dinners to the main restaurant strip and it was an enjoyable 5 minute to 20 minute walk depending on which restaurant we were going to. We were happy to return to the house and spend more time by the pool in the evenings as the fire features along with the lit pool and waterfalls set a great ambiance to hang out and have an after dinner drink. Every bedroom felt spacious and all the beds were perfectly comfortable. Hector was professional, attentive and always reachable. He was a real joy to deal with. It is apparent he takes great pride in his work, from the design and build of the home, to the continuing servicing of the property. This property is everything the pictures show and more! The beautiful layout, the close proximity to downtown and let’s not forget about the awesome property manager Hector. We are heavy juicers and the home didn’t have one, so Hector went ahead and bought one for the house!! Now that’s customer service, he gets it!! Although we had some issues with the cable that weekend, he was all over it trying to get it fixed.Anyone who stays here will love the open feel of the home. There was no reason to leave house except for a couple rounds of golf. Only weird thing about house is one room can only be accessed from outside, which wasn’t an issue, just different.We will be back to enjoy his other homes well. I adored staying at this house! House is actually prettier in person. Hector met us there and walked us through everything and gave some great recommendations for restaurants near by. This property is Exactly as pictured and described. Exclusive and quiet area. Awesome resort quality pool! Beautiful patio and outdoor cooking area. Two outdoor flat-screen TVs! Great for a large family or shared family stay. Very modern and updated. A five minute walk for coffee or to Mexican and Italian restaurants.Ten minutes puts you right downtown or at the Spa Casino. Each of the four bedrooms in the main house has it’s own en-suite and flat screen as does the attached Casita. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for preparing meals, snacks, drinks, etc.The property manager, Hector is the best! He is quickly responsive to all communication. He treats you like family and will do whatever is necessary to make your stay enjoyable and easy. Check in and check out are the easiest I’ve ever encountered.
