The pool and hot tub are surrounded with chic furniture, a daybed, and loungers from which you can relax and also enjoy the stars by the warmth of the fire pit. Our living room includes a dramatic travertine fireplace, swivel club chairs, elegant sectional sofa, and a Samsung Art frame tv with Bose sound bar. The dining room has a custom banquet and marble table that create an at home fine dining experience. The well stocked kitchen allows for quick meals or large holiday feasts for family and friends, complete with Smeg appliances, and custom quartz countertops, bar, and stools. For design lovers, you will appreciate pieces including Milo Baughman, Russell Woodard, Jonathan Adler, Calligaris, Lulu & Georgia, Brutalist furniture & art, Vintage Moroccan rugs, Murano glass lighting fixtures, Midcentury lamps, and lighting dimmers throughout. 

All bedrooms have Samsung Art Frame tvs, hotel style linens, blackout curtains, and bath robes for ultimate comfort. The primary bedroom also has glass sliders offering exquisite mountain views, and access to pool, as well as walk in and mirrored closets. The primary spa-like bath includes an atrium offering a yoga/workout room with a PELOTON and free weights, and provides access to the pool/jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and Bocce ball court where guests can gather for a cocktail and game. One of the guest bedrooms and bath doubles as a large casita with private entry, patio, and kitchenette. House also offers an office with desk which is ideal for travelers who work from home. From the front courtyard with its sparkling blue diamond, to the backyard entertaining, relaxing spaces, exquisite landscaping, and mountain views, this oasis exudes the Palm Springs lifestyle while maintaining a feeling of intimacy and privacy.
